摘    要:建设"双师型"教师队伍既是学校面向社会需求,也是培养实用型、技能型人才的必然选择。文章探索"教、训、研"三位一体"双师型"教师培育机制,制定"双师型"教师综合培养方案,并通过实践取得了一些成果。

Abstract:The construction of "double type teachers" is not only the social demand for vocational colleges, but also an inevitable choice to train practical talents. This paper explores the education, training and research of the "double type teachers" cultivation mechanism, and formulates the plan for the comprehensive training of "double type teachers". They achieve some results through practice.
