| 摘 要： | 随着西部大开发战略的实施,旅游产业破天荒地推到了经济发展的中心位置,长期以来,人们总把发展旅游业视为一种经济活动,偏重追求其经济效益,相对忽略发展旅游对环境的影响,而发展旅游业是一柄双刃剑,如何趋利避害,使之与环境保护和谐发展,是目前西部地区发展旅游业所面临的共性问题。

| Abstract: | With applying of westrern develop strategy,tourism is put to the central situation first.For a long time,The human Regard tourism as a sort of economic aclion.Pursne its economic benefit and forget its effect when develops it.Developing tourism likes a double-bladed sword.How to drive its benefit and avoid its danger,let if develop harmoniously with the emvironment,is a common character of western tourism facing when it deveolps. |
