| 摘 要： | 西部地区是中国资源富集区，资源型产业比重高，是节约资源、能源，保护环境，转变经济发展方式的重要区域。近年来，依托丰富的资源，内蒙古实现了经济的高速增长，也面临经济发展方式的转变。研究了资源富集地区转变经济发展的方式，以保证经济社会发展对能源、资源的需求。

| Abstract: | The west of China is a resource-rich region with a high proponion of resource-based industries,which is an important region for the conservation of resources and energy,the protection of environment,and the transformation of economic development approaches.In recent years,Inner Mongolia relying on abundant resources,has achieved high economic growth,and confronted the transformation of economic development approaches.How the resource-rich regions transform the economic development approaches,which guarantee the energy and resources requirements of economic and social development rather than repeat the road of traditional resource-based cities that the ecology damaged,the mine dried up,and the citydeclined. |
