| 摘 要： | 作为一种新型的、极具潜力的信息源,电子期刊不仅改变了出版物的载体形式,拓宽了图书馆信息服务的领域,更重要的是改变了图书馆传统的服务观念和服务策略。笔者认为,认识电子期刊的特点、局限性及其对图书馆期刊工作的影响,了解电子期刊信息服务的常用形式,才能制订电子期刊信息服务的基本策略。

| Abstract: | electronic journals, a kind ot new and great potential resources, have not only changed the earner forms of the publication and widened the field of the information services of the library, but more importantly they have changed the traditional concept of the information services. In my opinion, it is most desirable that we learn the characteristics, limitations and influences on the library journal work, generalized its frequently used forms and then put forward the basic strategies for this services. |
