| 摘 要： | 21世纪以来,在政府重视及多方努力下,新疆少数民族基础教育获得了巨大发展,但是距＂民汉兼通＂人才培养目标仍有很大的差距。要提高少数民族基础教育质量,应进一步促进双语教育的协调发展,启发＂双语＂教师文化自觉、因地制宜地选择＂双语＂教学模式、开发建设本土＂双语＂教材和探究＂双语＂教学方法,只有这样,才能促进新疆少数民族基础教育的全面发展。
