溶胶凝胶法研制药物电极

摘    要:报道了一种基于溶胶—凝胶技术的新型土霉素电极,详尽地讨论了电极性能的影响因子.该电极具有良好的能斯特响应,平均斜率为64.5mV/decade,线性范围为4.3×10^-6moL/L-1.0×10^-2mol,/L,检测下限为3.4×10^-6mol/L.适宜的pH范围为2.0-5.0.

Abstract:A new type of electrode for determination of oxytetracyline is prepared based on the sol-gel technique.The influence factors of performance are discussed.The electrode has the good Nernst response with average slope 64.5mv/decade,linear range from 4.3×10-6 mol/L to 1.0×10-2 mol/L,the lower limit of detecting 3.4×10-6 mol/L,the suitable PH range from 2.0 to 5.0.
