| 摘 要： | 论述了恢复和重建攀西地区生态环境的重要性和紧迫性，分析了攀西地区主要生态环境问题。认为恢复和重建攀西地区生态环境的对策应包括：(1)合理开发利用土地资源；(2)防治水土流失；(3)保护天然林草植被；(4)搞好退耕还林还草工程；(5)保护和重建工矿区生态环境；(6)建立山地灾害预警和防治机制等。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the importance and urgency of restoring and reconstructing eco-environment in Panxi Area are discussed. The main eco-environmental problems in this area are analyzed. The countermeasures to these eco- environmental problems include:(1)exploring land resources reasonably;(2) controlling soil erosion;(3) protecting natural vegetation;(4) returning farmland to forests and grassland; (5) protecting and reconstructing eco-environment of factory and mine zone; (6) establishing the mechanism of reporting and controlling the mountainous disasters. |
