论教师培训的逻辑起点

摘    要:教师继续教育既是教师提高自身素质的要求,也是新课程改革对提高教师教学实践能力的要求。教师培训的逻辑起点是教师培训的出发点和落脚点,包括教师的需求、时代的需求、培训的需求、学生的需求,这四个逻辑要素的关系是相互影响、相互制约的。其中,学生需求是根本,教师需求是起点,时代需求是前提,培训需求是落脚点。它们是教师培训工作的指导思想、根本方向,使教师培训研究方法更加深刻、科学,使教师培训研究更加系统化、科学化。
