| 摘 要： | 基于对目前大学生思想政治教育状况的基本认识,进而在分析了大学生思想政治教育存在的深层问题与不足的基础上,从四个方面提出了改进和创新大学生思政教育工作应对措施,即把＂关注灵魂塑造＂始终作为大学生思政教育的首要任务;把坚持以人为本,＂实现人的自由全面发展＂作为大学生思政教育的出发点和落脚点;以榜样人物的独特品格为大学生形成正确的世界观、人生观和价值观提供引导;围绕八个＂紧密结合＂的内在规律,着力增强思想政治教育工作实效。
