摘    要:人才培养和科学研究是高校的两大基本职能,推行研究性学习则可以使二者得到有机结合。高校研究性学习的有效开展必须正本清源,应注意厘清其本质归属问题、价值取向问题、组织实施问题、科学评价问题和师生地位问题。

Abstract:Personnel Training and scientific research are two basic functions of colleges and universities.Carrying out research learning can make the two functions get integrated in a systematic way.The effective implementation of the research learning in colleges and universities requires thorough and radical reform,and therefore some problems should be clarified such as the problems of attribution,value-orientation,organization and implementation,scientific evaluation and the status of teachers and students.
