| Abstract: | Personnel Training and scientific research are two basic functions of colleges and universities.Carrying out research learning can make the two functions get integrated in a systematic way.The effective implementation of the research learning in colleges and universities requires thorough and radical reform,and therefore some problems should be clarified such as the problems of attribution,value-orientation,organization and implementation,scientific evaluation and the status of teachers and students. |
