发展性课堂的构建

摘    要:教学与发展的问题是教学研究的永恒课题。课堂教学是课堂中的核心活动,是实现教育教学目标和促进学生发展的主渠道。建构主义强调教学中人的能动性、主体性和建构性,学生在与教学环境相互作用的过程中积极主动地建构自己的知识结构和心理结构,实现知识结构与心理结构的统一。一般地,能够促进知识增值的课堂即为发展性课堂:一是实现知识教学与学生智力形成、发展的协调统一。知识教学应充分体现知识的智力价值,应有助于学生智力的形成与发展;而智力的形成与发展要能更好更快地促进学生对知识的学习与掌握。二是知识教学要促进德性的养成,使学生的知识内化为智慧、升华为德性。
