| 摘 要： | 如何使大学新生尽快适应大学生活一直是高校新生工作的重要内容。在采用定量与定性相结合方法对大学新生的学习、人际、生活、专业、经济和情绪等六个方面进行调查分析的基础上,对适应不良新生进行为期近一年的追踪辅导后取得了良好效果。高中教育与大学教育有效衔接意义重大：高中教育应以学生可持续发展为导向,多角度地搭建衔接平台;大学教育应以大学新生全面发展为导向,多维度地构建社会支持网络,以促使大学新生顺利度过适应期。
