| Abstract: | This study reviewed the development of the concept,formation and influence of justice in strategic alliance,and found that justice' concept was incomplete,the study on justice formation were few,and the mechanism of justice in stratetic alliance needed to be deepen.This paper also provided the the suggestion for future research. |
