| Abstract: | Teaching supervision is a very important component in the guarantee of the teaching quality in vocational and technical colleges. Effective teaching supervision is a forceful guarantee for the improvement of teaching quality and the perfection of teachng management. Proceeding from the problems that exist in the teaching supervision is vocational and technical colleges, the paper disiusses and analyzes the counter measares for the overall developmement of teaching super- vision in such colleges. |
