| 摘 要： | 1992年召开的中山会议拉开了中国竞技体育职业化改革的序幕,但近20年的职业化改革没有取得理想之效。分析认为,制约我国竞技体育职业化改革取得实效的原因主要有:1)患得患失的思想导致对改革的重要性认识不足;2)行政力量支配下的双轨制致使职业体育产权关系模糊;3)行政的过渡干预导致职业体育市场主体地位缺失;4)法制建设的滞后阻扰了职业体育经营活动的正常开展。要解决这些问题,应当从落实项目协会实体化的举措入手,通过实体协会的真正建立以分清办事机构与行政机构介入职业竞技体育发展的方式和界限,在此基础上,由实体协会作为职业竞技体育发展的组织依托,依法开展相应活动。

| Abstract: | The Zhongshan Conference held in 1992 drew the prologue of the reform of professionalization of competitive sports in China.However,after nearly 20 years of effort,it hasn't achieved the desired goals in the professionalizing journey.
