| Abstract: | Basing on concerned public relationship theories and related knowledge of information broad cast and management, this paper discusses the necessity for instructors to have awareness of public relationship in higher learning institutions. The overall situation and image awareness, awareness of communication, service and mutual-beneficial awareness, and awareness of innovation and development all should be included in instructors' awareness of public relationship in higher learning institutions. |
