| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the status of Chinese disabled people engaging in sports and points out the psychological beneficial meaning for disabled person involving sports. There are six main positive effects for disabled people to adjust their negative mental state and behaviors by taking part in sports and exercise. The paper demonstrates the problems in disabled sports in the end. |
