| 摘 要： | 高等职业技术教育正蓬勃发展,高职院校学生干部在学校的改革和发展中发挥了重要作用,但由于高职与其他普通高校有一定的区别,学生干部的三级管理也呈现出自己的特点,产生了一些不协调的现象。要加强高职院校学生干部管理、培养和教育工作,推动高职院校学生工作再上新台阶。

| Abstract: | With the booming of higher vocational technology education,the students leaders are playing important roles in the reform and development of the higher vocational schools.However,owing to the differences between the vocational schools and other kinds of colleges and universities,the three-level administration of student leaders in the vocational schools has taken on its own features and something disharmonious has arisen out of it.Therefore,we hold the view that it is necessary to enhance the administration,cultivation and training of the student leaders. |
