| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的确立,国内外交往日益增多。在激烈的市场竞争中,以创立、发展和保护驰名商标为主要内容的战略工程已成为提高我国企业商品竞争力的重要方法之一。为此,通过分析我国驰名商标保护的现状与不足,为我国驰名商标的保护提出一些立法建议。
