| 摘 要： | 在大学丰富的精神内涵中，人本精神作为一种重要的精神传统始终伴随着大学的发展历程。现代大学教育中的“以人为本”主要体现在：以教师为主体，以学生为中心；在管理、教学、服务中坚持以人为本；科学教育与人文教育的融合；大学自治、学术自由。
