| 摘 要： | 确立并完善反腐败机制是目前各国治理腐败的主要措施。国外的反腐败机制主要包括：建立独立、高效的反腐败机构；加强对公职人员行为的约束和道德教育；集中开展反腐败活动；鼓励和支持公众参与反腐败斗争等。这些措施为我国反腐败机制的建设和完善提供了一些启示。

| Abstract: | To establish and improve an effective mechanism countering against corruption is the most common choice among the most countries. The foreign anti-corruption mechanism includes establishing an independent and effective anti-corruption department, issuing the law of anti-corruption; reinforcing the moral education of the official, and so on. These measurements give many inspirations to our country. |
