| 摘 要： | 校企有效合作是职业院校赖以生存与发展的重要基础。市场、政府、企业和职业院校四位一体机制的有效运作是现代职业院校与企业有效合作的基础和保障。政府依据市场需求以及法律法规对校企有效合作进行引导和监督;企业通过接收职业院校的实习学生,吸纳企业未来的优秀员工,为企业带来直接或间接的经济效益;职业院校学生到企业顶岗实习前,要通过学校实习场所实习,掌握一定的职业技能和具备一定的综合素质。
