| 摘 要： | 奥运会艺术体操比赛金牌的增加，引起了世界各国的重视．澳大利亚和美国优秀青年选手的掘起，苏联的解体，使中国艺术体操队在四大洲比赛中失去了绝对优势，并且在未来的世界大赛中将要面临更大的挑战．我国必须尽快采取有效措施：进行艺术体操教练培训，编写训练大纲，增加运动员后备队伍，改善运动队的管理，重视科研工作与训练的结合，逐步建立完善的训练体系．为冲向世界先进行列而努力奋斗．

| Abstract: | The increasing of the number of gold plates in Olympic Rhythmic Gymnastic Competition has been attached more importance by rhythmic gymnastic circles in the world. Mole and more exemplary players in Australia and United States of America suddenly appear on the horizon,so as to the Chinese rhythmic gymnastic team has lost dominant position in Four-Continent cometition and a challenge to a contest.More effective measure must be taken as soon as we can-devote more attention to the training; compile a outline training;increasing the numbers of reserve forces ; improve the management ;pay much attention to the combine between science research and training ; perfect the training system step by step-rush to the world level through arduors effort. |
