| 摘 要： | 在及物性系统下，对美国有线电视新闻网（CNN）和中国日报（ChinaDaily）4篇关于钓鱼岛的新闻标题、词汇选择和语篇中的物质过程、言语过程及关系过程进行对比分析，发现不同媒体对同一事件进行报道，其语言选择、表达方式受其代表的立场观点和意识形态的影响。读者在阅读新闻报道时，应意识到语言和意识形态之间的关系，培养批评阅读意识。

| Abstract: | Critical discourse analysis arises in the 1980s. As a society ous disciplines such as linguistics, sociology and psychology, critical discourse analysis aims to reveal the ideology hidden in the discourse and to explore the relationship among language, power and ideology. Four news reports concerning Diaoyu islands are selected from CNN and China Daily, and are analyzed and com- pared within the system of transitivity. Attempts are made to reveal the ideology and political standpoint in the discourse as well as verify the applicability of critical discourse analysis to news reports. By compa- ring news titles, lexical choice and three processes of transitivity system, it can be seen that the linguistic expressions that different media use are influenced by their standpoint and ideology. Readers should be aware of the relationship between language and ideology and read news reports in a critical way. |
