| 摘 要： | 校本教研是一种基于学校、以学校教师为主体进行的教学研究活动。文章从理论与实践结合层面诠释对校本教研的认识和实施校本教研的意义。指出校本教研的要点和做法——教师反思、同伴互助的专业引领，归纳出校本教研的两种组织形式。讨论了校本教研与传统教研的属种关系、与教育科研的交叉关系，特别强调了反思性、课题化校本教研模式。主张应从参与度、深度、结合度三个方面对校本教研实施评价。

| Abstract: | The School-based teaching research is a teaching research activity which is on the basis of school and relies mainly on school teachers. It is still the new thing at present. This article combining theory with practice annotates understanding and the meaning of implementation about school-based teaching research. It poins out main points and methods of school-based teaching research-the self-introspection of the teachers, the companion helps and the speciality guiding. It sums up two kinds of organizational forms of school-based teaching research. It disusses the relations of the traditional research and the school-based one, the cross relations of the education and scientific research and school-based teaching research. Especially it emphasizes the mode of school-based teaching research which is on the introspection and the subject. It advocates that school-based teaching research should appraise from three respects of participation in degree, depth and combining degree. |
