| 摘 要： | 网络文化观是人们关于网络文化问题的根本看法和根本观点，是人们认识网络文化问题的基本世界观和方法论。中国特色社会主义网络文化观的形成主要体现在加强网络文化建设和管理的重要性、网络文化建设和管理的目标以及网络文化建设和发展的模式等几个方面的认识上，其内容主要包括先进文化观、和谐文化观、文化科学发展观、文化建设和管理对象观；主要特性：一是突出的民族性，二是鲜明的导向性，三是强烈的实践性。中国特色社会主义网络文化观对当代中国文化建设和中国特色社会主义事业发展影响深远、意义重大。
