| 摘 要： | 独立学院是我国高等教育顺应社会主义市场经济体制改革、适应日益增长的教育需求和自身由＂精英教育＂向＂大众化教育＂过渡的产物,也是我国公立高校解决自身发展中面临的一些深层次矛盾的有效途径。在全国高校类型体系中,独立学院属于教学型学院,其人才培养目标定位在应用型人才上,要求学生具备较丰富理论知识的同时,还要具备一定的实践动手能力。＂校企合作＂的办学模式是独立学院向社会输出有竞争力人才的有效保证,也是企业培养高技能、较强实践型人才的需要。随着就业形势的日益严峻和人才市场竞争的日趋激烈,独立学院的毕业生也面临着巨大的就业压力,而校企合作的办学模式则可以达到学校、企业、学生的＂三赢＂模式。本文研究和探讨了独立学院＂校企合作＂办学模式的动因、发展现状以及目前存在的问题,并提出了解决问题的方法。

| Abstract: | The Independent Institute is a product of higher education to conform to the socialist market economic system to adapt to the growing demand for education and the transition to mass higher education "by the" elite education "and also our public colleges and universities to solve some deep-faced contradiction effectively in their own development. In the national college type system, independent colleges are teaching colleges, the personnel training targets in the applied talents and require students to have rich theoretical knowledge while also having the practical ability. The system of school-enterprise cooperation is the effective guarantee of competitive talent for society, but also the training of highly skilled, strong and practical talents need. Especially with the increasingly serious employment situation and the talent market competition becomes more intense, Independent College graduates are facing huge pressure on employment, and school-enterprise cooperation in the school system can achieve a "win-win" model of schools and businesses. This paper explores the motivation and status of school-enterprise cooperation mode of Independent Colleges, the existing problems and proposes some new ideas and methods to solve the problem. |
