| Abstract: | Creative management of higher educational institutions in the new century is mul ti-dimensional. It also benefits the characterized college development, the sta ff's participation in management, the cooperation among different departments an d the sustained development of higher educational institutions. In the creative management, much concern should be attached to teaching and researching; quality education, personals-based management and organizational structure. Therefore we should carry out the mechanism innovation, and actively push forward the inne r administration reform of higher educational institutions according to the real situation. |
