摘    要:工匠精神的培育是一项系统工程,职业院校难以独立完成,校企合作共育,理论宣传与实践锤炼相结合才是有效途径。然而当前职业教育校企合作基础薄弱、合作深度不够,影响着工匠精神的培育。培育工匠精神行业协会必须发挥引领作用,强化企业社会责任意识、培育合作育人价值观念、推动制度建立、统筹行业资源,推进校企文化融合。

Abstract:The cultivation of artisan spirit is a systematic project,which is difficult for a vocational college to complete independently and needs the school-enterprise cooperative cultivation and the combination of theoretical propaganda and practical training.However,the weak foundation and insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education have affected the cultivation of craftsmanship.This paper suggests that industry associations should play their leading roles in enhancing enterprises’awareness of social responsibility,cultivating cooperative education values,promoting the establishment of related systems and coordinating industrial resources,thus promoting the cultural integration between schools and enterprises.
