| Abstract: | The scientific research of Open University should be grounded on the attributes and new characteristics of universities , stick to specialty orientation and emphasize accumulation of advantages .The research fields should be expanded and the research model should be innovated according to its service tenet and main tasks .The research quality should be promoted , and the re-search status should be optimized based on the experience summarization . |
