| 摘 要： | 商丹循环工业经济园区自2009年设立以来,实施集群化发展战略,初步形成了5个循环产业集群。但从总体上看,循环产业集群尚处于起步阶段,集群规模较小,发展水平较低,竞争优势不明显。加快商丹园区循环产业集群发展,要采取规划引导、大企业大集团带动、完善协作配套环境、实施名牌战略、强化技术支撑、发挥政府作用等措施。

| Abstract: | Since it was established in 2009, Shang-dan implemented cluster development strategy and initially Recycling Industrial and Economic Zone has formed five recycling industry clusters. But generally speaking, the recycling industry clusters are still in its infancy with a small scale, low level of development and non obvious competitiveness. In order to accelerate the recycling industry cluster development of Shang-dan park, measures should be taken such as planning guidance, leading of large enterprises and groups, improvement of cooperation environment, implementation of brand strategy, strengthening technical support, bring government role into play, etc. |
