| 摘 要： | “体教结合”培养运动员模式的出现,是时代呼唤人文精神回归的一个体现。竞技体育后备人才的培养走学院化之路将成为各大洲今后发展的总趋势。通过研究我国优秀田径运动员近些来的发展趋势和社会发展对人才的需要,培养具有大学文化的高水平后备人才势在必行。而田径运动项目进入“学院化”培养模式有他自身的优越性和科学性。

| Abstract: | The combination of sports and education trends to be an attractive training model for athletes.The cultivation of the reserve athletes in its collage'way will become the main developing trend for contienents.By analyzing the development trend of china's excellent athletes and the social demand for talents,the article attempts to argue for the necessity of the reserved athletes trained inuniversities.The training model for the sports events of track and field in universities has its own advantages and scientific base. |
