| 摘 要： | 本文以1983—2003年我国30个省份的FDI、国内投资以及GDP的时间序列数据为基础，利用Panel Data模型，对全国以及东、中、西部地区FDI对国内投资的挤入挤出效应进行了计量分析。结果表明：在全国范围内以及东部地区，FDI对国内投资的影响表现为挤出效应；中部地区则表现为明显的挤入效应；而对于西部地区，FDI对国内投资存在着异常显著的挤出效应。文章最后对实证结果进行了深入的分析，并提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the statistical data of foreign direct investment(FDI),domestic investment and GDP of 30 provinces in China from 1983 to 2003,this paper empirically analyses the crowd in-out effect of FDI in China's east,mid and west areas by using the econometric model of Panel Data.The result of study shows that there exists crowd-out effect in east area,and significant crowd-in effect in mid area,while in west area the crowd-out effect of FDI is remarkable.Finally,the paper explains the demonstration results and puts forward some policy advice. |
