| 摘 要： | 舒尔茨人力资本投资理论认为人力资本再生产过程不仅是一种消费,更是一种投资,而且这种投资的经济效益远远大于物质投资的经济效益。目前,加强我国农村人力资本投资有着多方面的必要性,而建立发达的现代农村职业教育体系、加强农村基础教育、加大政府对农村教育的投入、采取灵活多样的办学方式等是加强农村人力资本投资,促进我国社会主义新农村建设快速发展的有力措施。

| Abstract: | Schultz＇s human capital investigation theory holds that the reproduction of human capital is not only a kind of consumption but also a kind of investment, and the economic return of this kind of investment is much larger than that of physical investment. At present, the necessity of encouraging rural human capital investment can be seen from various aspects. Some of the effective measures of expanding rural human capital investment and promoting the development of new socialistic rural construction can be creating a developed modem rural vocational education system, strengthening rural elementary education, enlarging government＇s investment into rural education and adopting various and flexible school management, etc. |
