摘    要:以高职"客户关系管理"课程中客户价值分析为例,设计了较为完整的基于翻转模式的教学方案,并予以实施。对比实验表明,翻转课堂对优化高职课堂教学流程、改进学习反馈的获取及利用、提高学生学习主动性、改善学习效果具有积极意义。

Abstract:Taking the RFM analysis in customer relationship management course as an example, a set of teaching plan and unit design, which is based on flipped classroom model, is developed and implemented. Comparative experiment indicated that the flipped classroom has positive effects in optimizing feedback acquisition and utilization, improving learning initiative and enhancing learning effect.
