| 摘 要： | 计算机技术、网络技术等高新技术在信息服务中的应用极大地促进了信息服务业的发展 ,这种网络化的信息服务使得用户可以享受到更加及时快捷、周到全面的服务。事实上 ,目前 ,真正开展网络信息服务还面临许多困难]:一方面将传统信息简单转化为数字信息并进行网络发布业已不能及时、高效地服务用户 ;另一方面 ,收集整理网络上的信息又面临着网络信息内容庞大、组织混乱、纷杂无序和用户需要有序信息资源之间的矛盾。因此 ,将人工智能技术与当今的网络信息服务相结合 ,设计网络智能知识服务系统是其发展的必然。本文便就网络智能知识服务系统的方案设计进行了研究 ,提出了一种设计框架。

| Abstract: | With the network technology and computer technology, the information service has been developed at a more rapid speed, and information service based network provide people high quality of service. But as a matter of fact, many departments that specialized in information service, face so much difficult in the road to digitalize thoroughly. At first, simply to digitalize traditional information cannot provide services than can satisfy users. Secondly, to organize the contents scattered in Internet, but has the conflict that between unordered resources in Internet and ordered information requirements by people. So, utilize the AI technology to develop the intelligent network knowledge service system come to a point. This paper put forward a scheme to realize this sort of service. |
