| 摘 要： | 教务管理工作是确保高校教学工作正常运转的基本保障,随着我国高等教育改革的深入,传统的高校教务管理模式面临着挑战。文章主要论述了高校教务管理工作具有的特点,从教务管理人员的角度分析了当前高校教务管理工作中存在的问题,并结合高校实际情况,对提高教务管理人员的工作水平和效率,使之迅速适应当前形势的变化提出了有效的对策建议。
