| 摘 要： | 赖特在《成人礼》中采用情景反语的手法揭示了黑人弃儿所遭遇的家庭惊惶和社会惊惶,然后从双趋冲突、双避冲突和趋避冲突的衍绎来展示人物心理的多层面性,使小说情节发展扣人心弦,表明不合理社会制度引发的恐惧感超过一定的极限,就可能导致黑人青少年走上违法犯罪的道路。赖特在该小说中所提出的社会问题对21世纪美国社会黑人青少年问题的解决仍具有一定的警示作用。

| Abstract: | In Rite of Passage,Richard Wright reveals the familial and social panic experienced by a black foundling by way of situational ironies,and displays the multilayer human psyche resulting from the conflicts between double intentions,the ones between double evasions,or the conflicts between intention and evasion while making plot development more appealing,and demonstrates that the sense of over-dread caused by the unreasonable social system that might result in the crime of black delinquents.The social issues put forth by Right in this novel strike a cautionary note to solve the problems of black foundlings in American society of the 21st century. |
