| 摘 要： | 针对图书馆数据库使用中涉及的知识产权问题,通过相关典型案例进行分析,从这些案例中寻求规避数据库使用中知识产权风险的办法,寻找维护图书馆权益的经验和对策,提出了依据我国数据库现行的法律保护制度,着重解决图书馆数据库使用中的突出问题,力求在图书馆数据库使用中尽可能规避各种知识产权侵权风险,维护自身权益。

| Abstract: | Intellectual property rights which involves in the use of the library databases,through these relevant typical cases analysis,seeking the way to avoid the risk of infringement to use the databases,and looking for experience and countermeasures to safeguard the interests of library.Proposed the existing legal protection of databases systems,which focus on solving the outstanding issues in library databases using,and strive to avoid all risk of infringement of intellectual property rights as much as possible in the use of library databases,safeguard their own interests. |
