| 摘 要： | 抗战时期,四川是抗战的大后方,是兵员的重要供应基地,出兵居全国之首,且所征之兵多系贫苦民众。因此农忙时节,征属每感劳力不够之苦。国民政府为缓解这一矛盾,出台相应法规措施。四川省政府也制定相应的政策和措施并付诸实践,既帮助了征属,增加了生产,稳定了生活,也激励了前方士气,增进征属对政府的信任,稳定了后方,增强抗战必胜的信心。

| Abstract: | During the Anti-Japanese War period,as a significant rear base of the war,Sichuan province ranked the first place in holding huge capacity of recruiters.Since the majority of the soldiers recruited were originally poverty-stricken farmers,it was extremely tough for their families to endure at the busy farming season with insufficient workforce.To alleviate this conflict,the National Government issued relevant policies and Sichuan Provincial Government also enacted provisions to tackle it.These measures not ... |
