| 摘 要： | 目前我国大多数高校实行的学分制其实质是学年学分制,其中的双重性,导致导师责任落实不到位,缺乏应有的弹性,并增加了管理上的难度。之所以出现这些问题,主要是学分制改革受到传统教育思想、高校缺乏自主权、配套制度不完善等多方面因素的制约。因此,学分制改革如需进一步深入,应从树立现代教育理念等七个方面加以进行。

| Abstract: | At present the credit system is carried out in most of colleges and universities in our country,the essence of which is the academic year credit system.However,its dual nature leads mentor not to fulfill their responsibility.It is also result in short of due elasticity and make administrative increasingly difficult.All these need a prompt solution.The principal reasons of those problems lie in the effect of the traditional education thoughts to the credit system reform,colleges and universities being short of decision-making rights and no perfect supporting system.Therefore,if the credit system reform needs putting into effect further,it ought to begin with seven aspects,such as setting up modern education ideas. |
