| 摘 要： | 我国是典型的穷国办大教育，教育资源严重不足。更为惊心的是，由于办学观念滞后和转轨时期暂时的竞争失序，当前我国高等教育办学中存在许多短视行为，如高校内部资源配置无序、专业设置盲目跟风与低水平重复、教育模式上本末倒置、办学规模上求大不求强、学术研究方面追求急功近利等，造成办学资源的巨大浪费，严重制约着我国高等教育的健康发展。

| Abstract: | The typical feature is to run the broad education on the basis of poor country with lack of educational resources.It is more surprising that because of backward concept of education and contemporary disorder of competition in the transformation time of the social system,there are many short-sighted behaviors,for instance,the disorder of internal resources distribution,the majors offered is not reasonable and recopy at low-level,The educational mode is to put the non-essentials before the fundamentals,In the field of establishment of school the enlargement of campus is cherished and the schooling quality is ignored.In the area of academic research aspect it is anxious to get quick results and instant profits etc.It is,therefore,that plenty of educational resources are wasted.Thus the above-mentioned obstructs seriously the regular development of our national tertiary education. |
