| 摘 要： | 教育资源的优化配置是高等师范教育健康发展的重要因素，从未来高等师范教育发展的大局出发，必须加大政府的投资力度，继续发挥主渠道作用；实行缴费上学，完善相关制度；改革人事分配制度，优化人力资源配置；加快后勤改革步伐，实现高校后勤社会化；大胆利用信贷资金，改善高校办学条件；创建高等教育募捐机制，鼓励社会各界损资助学。

| Abstract: | The optimization of the education resource is important factor for the smooth development of the higher normal education. From the perspective of the future higher normal education development, Chinese higher normal education are supposed to following route: the government should increase the investment ; students should pay for their tuition and the related system should be improved; the personnel assignment system should be reformed by way of the optimization of personnel resources; the pace of rear-service reform should be quickened to socialize the rear-service of the higher education; the credit funds should be made bold use of to improve the condition of higher education; the donation system for higher education should be established and the contributions for education from all walks of life should be encouraged. |
