| 摘 要： | 高职院校图书馆的数字化迫切要求图书馆的管理应及早由传统向现代进行转换，实现向网络化、数字化、自动化为主要特征的转变，因此建设一支高素质的图书馆馆员队伍成为图书馆现代化的关键所在。本文分析了＂-3前高职院校图书馆馆员素质现状，阐述了数字化时代图书馆员应具备的素质，同时还提出了高职院校图书馆馆员素质更新的举措。

This article analyzes the current situation of librarians, and points out the quality of digital librarians, at the same time raises the methods to update the qualitg of librarians. |
