| 摘 要： | 商务英语是将英语学科和商务专业知识相交叉的一门新兴学科.目前国内的商务英语学科体系还不完善,高校英语教学改革为商务英语学科建设带来挑战和新的发展机遇.商务英语教师具有教师专业性、教学有效性和独特性的特点.商务英语教师能力要素建设要从编写大纲、规范专业标准、教材建设、规划教师专业方向、加大师资培训力度等方面着手.

| Abstract: | Business English is a new subject that combines Eng- lish and business studies. At present many problems lie in the subject of business English, while the university English teaching reform brings out challenges and many opportunities for the sub- ject. The characteristics of business English teachers can be stat- ed as professionalism, effectiveness and peculiarity. The compe- tency of business English teachers would be carried out in terms of curricular, course books, teachers＇ specialty, and training. |
