摘    要:专业评估主要从政府、社会及学校三个维度来考察教育质量,本文从高等学校维度出发,在充分考虑高校专业自评估的特点的基础上,提出了基于多层次模糊综合评判模型和层次分析法的自评估方法,并以安徽理工大学资源环境与城乡规划管理专业为案例,基于遴选的高校专业自评估多层次指标体系,对不同层次的指标进行了模糊综合评判.研究结果显示,该方法对专业自评估不同层次指标均进行模糊综合评判,取得了不错的效果;研究案例的自评估分值和等级均不高,有待进一步提高.

Internal Self-assessment of Higher Education Specialties Using Multilayer Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model and Analytic Hierarchy Process

Abstract:Professional assessment is to examine the quality of education from the government, society and schools in three dimensions. With fully consideration of the characteristics of colleges and universities of professional self-assessment based on, we introduced multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and Environment and Town Planning Management of the Anhui University of Science resources as an empirical case, the article construct self-assessment of multi-level index system, use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight, and evaluate the different levels of indicators using fuzzy comprehensive model. The results show that the study on using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate achieves good results. Self-assessment scores and grades are not high in the case, to be further improved.
