| Abstract: | College student employment guidance course plays a very important role in the transition of students to employees in the workplace. The practice and construction of the college stu- dent employment guidance course is especially vital in guiding college students to perfect their professional skills and establish a proper employment concept as well as clarify their career direc- tions. Universities and colleges should can＇y out employment guiding activities in accordance with the development of the psy- chology and cognitive levels of college stu dents, thus lay a solid foundation for their career path. |
