| 摘 要： | 作为国家利益的最根本要素,政治、军事、经济和科技对美国对外政策无疑产生直接的影响,但作为意识形态、价值观念和思维方式的美国文化则对其起着潜移默化的作用。其中,＂自由主义＂的意识形态对美国外交产生过历史性的影响,不仅成为美国早期的建国思想,而且至今左右美国对外政策的走向。总之,美国对外关系在很大程度上取决于美国政府做出判断的价值取向及美国人根深蒂固的美国价值观。
