| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着社会信息化技术的加速发展和计算机网络技术的不断延伸,计算机信息化已渗入到社会的各个行业.但部分地方政府信息化建设及政府网站建设水平还停留在原始的信息孤岛时代,其资源难以共享,信息难以直达,尤其是政府网站主站与分站服务内容的整合、分站服务内容的展现、网站易用性、为民服务、政务公开等方面都有待进一步提升.
