| Abstract: | Education equity is increasingly attracting public at- tention. Its significance lies in the fact that education itself is an essential avenue to promoting equity. There are many caus- es for the resulting inequity in education. Focusing on one specific cause, family capit thial,s thesis reviews the discus- sions and analyzes in many important documents concerning the issue of family capital and education. |
